Promoting Mental Health. Empowering People. Strengthening Communities.

Anirvedha Resource Centre for Psychological Well-Being is a multidisciplinary mental health organisation committed to making quality psychological care, awareness and professional support accessible to individuals, families and communities.
Our work spans mental health promotion, psychological assessment, counselling and psychotherapy, behavioural interventions, child and adolescent mental health, family wellbeing, career guidance, institutional mental health, professional training and community outreach.
Since 2017, Anirvedha has worked towards creating a culture where mental health is recognised as an essential part of overall well-being and seeking support is viewed as a strength rather than a stigma.

From an Idea to a Community of Care
Anirvedha was founded by Dr. K.T. Shwetha with a simple but powerful belief, mental health care should not be a privilege available only to those who can overcome geographical, financial or social barriers.
Inspired by the vision of bringing mental health services closer to people’s doorsteps, Anirvedha was envisioned as a bridge between mental health professionals and communities in need.
Over the years, this vision has evolved into a multidisciplinary centre providing assessment, therapy, intervention, training, awareness and community outreach.
Today, Anirvedha has supported more than 10,000 children, young people, adults and families, while continuing to build partnerships with schools, colleges, professionals and community organizations.
Our journey continues with the same fundamental belief:
Every person deserves access to care that sees the whole person – not just the problem.
